1. Tonya Pass-Brown is a follow the rules kind of person and I admire her for that but in the real world sometimes we need to give our managers a little latitude in making the client happy.

6. I prepaid 'NON REFUNDABLE'for 3 nights, taking a total shot in the dark I called the hotel and the front desk manager Justin was extremely understanding and gave me a full credit for the prepaid rooms that states very clearly 'NON REFUNDABLE'.
