Management did
refund
us for 50% of the room tariff, and I suspect that the water cuts were outside their control, but I didn't feel the staff were making enough effort to make up for bad experience we had.

Upon check-in there was no record that the promotion still existed (even though it was still on their website) and it was not granted because when it was booked I chose the option to save even more by paying the amount in full, non-
refund
able so it took the total below the 'package starting at' rate.

Apparently self parking is quiet taxing on the parking attendant staff and if you change your mind or have plans change it is quite a hassle for them to press buttons to change it and
refund
you the money they charge your card every day.
