4. I appreciate that prompt response to my complaint, and it did improve the bed comfort, but I feel a comfortable bed should be a given, not something one needs to ask for.

10. Great location, lovely staff (except for the poor schmuck trying to sell u time share all the time)The rooms are old and dated, but the major items are there and work well - comfy bed, good TV, hot showers, free internet (wired only tho), ability to make yr own breakfast and a cup of coffee.
