4. Sure, there are swankier places in Waikiki, but since I don't hang out in my hotel room all day, I don't need a mint on my pillow or a fancy-schmancy bar with overpriced drinks.

5. The room was cozy with a kitchenette, dining table, bathroom with shower only, lanai and of course the most comfortable king size double bed with soft pillows.
