1. I WILL NEVER stay here again not only did we deal with that but in the 6 days that we stayed there they never once changed our sheets on our bed and only gave us new towels once.

2. the pool is small but there there are chairs for lounging and towels are complimentary!save the space in your suitcase.

3. I stayed with a friend who was staying here for a clinical rotation (they offer long term arrangements for students, interns, etc. - pricey, but better than figuring out an apartment!) We didnt have the full hotel benefits (they only cleaned her room and refreshed towels once a week) but there were some good and average.

4. We love the kitchenette, maid service at all times very good eg extra towels, coffee etc We've had city view rooms & rooms facing the canal, both are great.

7. Hi just got back from 2 weeks at the west we thought it was good value for money, the room was cleaned every day and there were clean towels, shampoo ,conditioner, and tea/coffee.
