1. That evening while undoing my bed I noticed a rather large tear in the sheets; that's when the historical high standars plummeted.

4. The Ritz-Carlton Coconit Grove was awarded AAA Four Diamond in lodging; I guess no one from AAA have ever slept on a true magnificent quality mattress with exceptional sheets and pillows that truly embrace you as you lay in bed relaxing from a long day regardless of it being business or pleasure.

6. I continue to pull down the sheets and notice that the bedding was outdated and layered with a pillow top/ feather bed cover ontop of a half inch to an inch of memory foam.
