1. Slight problem with bathtub faucet was remedied by second night; in fact, only complaint at this hotel was the very small bathroom, which was a bit difficult for a family group.

6. The staff were all friendly and helpful and when we had a slight plumbing problem in our bathroom they sent someone straight away and he had it sorted promptly.

7. The bed was amazingly comfortable with a down comforter and plenty of pillows, the amenities in the bathroom were quality and smelled great, the shower was clean and roomy, and the cable was clear, which included HBO.
