5. The door to the bathroom was broken, the breakfast is NOT included with the stay, but for $39.00 a night, not shocking I guess.

As we settled in, we discovered the following - very limited TV channels available (no Fox news, which is hard to believe in this day & age), TV remote was missing back panel that holds batteries in place, bathroom faucet knob broken, toilet not working properly, hair dryer cord damaged (unsafe), poor workmanship of installed light fixtures (oversized holes in sheet rock), odd variety of light bulbs in overhead light fixtures, door opening was patience-testing with tempermental relationship between room card-keys and door lock.

8. [tried to negotiate with the guy, and showed him that we had already paid for the other room and that this was a sister property after all, but do you think it got us anywhere?]On top of all this, the room smelt really bad, the lights in the bathroom didn't work, the carpet was stained, etc..
