1. Our suite was beautiful, the bathroom was huge, and the beds are so comfortable you'll want to take them home with you.

We relocated to the Ritz Carlton in Naples to finish the rest of our vacation, where for only $50 more per night, we had a room with a separate bathroom, spotlessly clean accommodations, etc. When we turned in our keys at the Westin, we waited in line behind two other unhappy, complaining customers.
