2. Truly, the only complaint is that to get a seat at the pool you had to find a chair that had not been "reserved" by people throwing down towels and then not showing up to the pool until hours later.

7. There was no pool service per se, as far as anyone laying out towels etc. but the pool bar /restaurant was run by two very hard-working nice guys.
