1. I really can't say anything bad, it is paradise, 2 bed, 3 full bath,clean, soooo comfortable are the beds, the staff is amazing,It's hard to describe the peace and quietness there, and theboat to the mainland is only a 5 minute ride, always on time,efficient.

3. They were nicely appointed although our second bathroom was small, however, we did have three baths in a two bedroom.

4. The cottages are extremely nice (2 bedrooms, 3 baths, nice decor, etc.), the shuttle from the Westin Harbor is no problem (they give you a guest card at the Westin you need to show due to Sunset Key being a private island), the food is fantastic, but this resort is all about the money rather than genuine customer service.

5. There were tiny bugs in the kitchen and master bath (first time) and the staff acted like it was my fault because I had food in the kitchen.
