3. it looked like the beds were too big for the bottom mattress box, the carpet is absolutely disgusting, dirty dirty spots on the carpet, then the bathroom tub was filthy with grime and the toilet kept backing up.

8. The carpets were badly stained, bathroom a mess and worse was the stains on the valance around the bed, with what looked like, without being too explict, a previous occupiers reaction to too much drink or food.
