5. Apart from needing a good hoover, we encountered left over food trolleys from room service, beer glasses etc. The pool area was nice, clean and towels provided, but I found the water too cold.

9. the cleaning was very minimal, i would've opted for the 'green' plan which would've given me no maid service ( which wasn't all that great) in exchange for a discount at the buffet, which is very expense,,,, food is pretty good but a breakfast shouldn't cost 17.00 when you can get the same down the road for 7.

10. PROS:'Go Green' Program - essentially, forgo daily room-cleaning, and receive a $10 voucher for food and beverages in retailers located in the hotelCONS: Noisy pipes, no in-room safe, dark and dingy room, carpet that doesn't look like it's been changed since the 80s, $20/use gym.
