1. The reason I got such a great rate (under $40 including tax for a king standard room) was because there was no convention in the Convention Center.

3. The best days to get the best rate are Sunday and Monday night, because conventions start up on Tuesday or Wednesday, and rarely run through or even in to the weekend.

8. I booked through a third party and got a great rate of about $50.00 a night plus tax room was really nice hotel was great my only disapoinment was they dinged you on all of the incidentals like parking $14.
