As a Hilton Gold member I was cheerfully upgraded when I arrived after 10pm on a Mon by Jeanelle to a 'premium' (ie, renovated with frig in North Tower) room that was spacious and tastefully decorated, with premium bedding, lge flat screen plasma TV, and even a very comfy oval tub with excellent water pressure and good drainage.
