9. They have a private VIP lounge where Diamonds can check in and out, go in an grab a beer or soda from the cooler free of charge, have a cookie or nuts also free.

10. We were on the 11th floor, and there was no ice machine, so when we called to ask where an ice machine was, they had room service send us up some ice at no charge, which was nice.
