1. The only minus a little bit is that the lighting in the bathroom was not good (fluoresent) and the bathroom space is very tight.
"Location and Accomodations Great " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/17/2012 Vote
2. Seemed small though bathroom was big with a large claw foot tub.
"it was great " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/31/2012 Vote
3. A very clean room with a nice comfortable bed, flat screen TV, very few stations but did not go to San Francisco to watch TV, and the bathroom too was very small but very clean and nice, clean tile shower.
"Enjoyable Stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/20/2012 Vote
4. The claw-foot tub in our room was a nice touch; the bathroom fan was a bit noisy, though.
"A pleasant place, good value " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/25/2012 Vote
5. The room has a very small bathroom with a claw foot tub/shower.
"Good location for a VERY dated hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/20/2011 Vote
6. It was charming ( Think old European townhouse hotel) Not perfect ( one night I woke up at 3:00 am and the bathroom had a bad smell -from the pipes I assume- but in the morning it was gone and never returned) and not cookie cutter or bland .
"location, breakfast and charm make this a good choice " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/30/2011 Vote
7. The bathroom was so tiny- I could barley maneuver around the sink to the shower.
"Keep Looking " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/7/2011 Vote
8. The window in the bathroom opened into an air shaft, and we could smell the cooking from the kitchen 6 floors below in the morning and again in the evening.
"Interesting little place " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/16/2011 Vote
9. You will enjoy it as long as you realize this is NOT a great street to be wandering around on - the rooms are very small - the bathrooms are bare bones - bath, tub and small counter - but OH, MY, the dining room and the breakfast are marvelous - what a wonderful surprise - it's like you have been transported to France - and did I mention it's French themed - from Medieval times - LOTS of armor, helmets, Joan of Arc type tapestries - an INTERESTING hotel - but strange.
"strange little hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/10/2011 Vote
10. Bathroom is small, looks refurbished recently but still needs some improvement: no light in the shower (really strange!), no hooks and a noisy extractor fan that heats all the when turned on.
"Small and old room in downtown " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/17/2010 Vote
