4. Altho it looks and sounds like you may be in Paris you are actually at the wonderful small hotel on Bush Street built in 1910 and has been beautifully updated.

7. My room was not facing the street, but even if so, it seemed like a quiet street at night so you shouldn't worry about getting a good night's sleep.

8. There is a parking lot across the street which has a few Zipcars (I used this one day for a day trip out of town and found it very convenient) and a National car rental outlet.

10. Just keep in mind that, without AC, rooms on the street like ours were very noisy until the wee hours of the AM and even on cool days/nights we found we had to keep the windows open for comfort.
