Third of all, whether or not you 'know about' such things or are housekeeping staff, if you are a hotel employee, you should at minimum be polite and say that you don't know the answer to X problem but you will try to find the answer or someone who does know it, and/or know where extra clean sheets are kept.

4. I agreed that yes, we had two sheets, but pointed out that the bottom sheet was not a proper fitted bottom sheet, did not completely cover the mattress, and was stained.

6. We were very happy witht the comfort and the price of this hotel, but if you are someone who is used to the crisp sheets, matching furniture and room service of a more expensive hotel, this may not be the place for you.
