1. The bathroom had mold in it on the ceiling the floor was dirty and there was left over food in the clothes drawer.

2. Maid service had come and made the bed and replaced towels but we didn't get new shampoo or conditioners, the bathroom had not been cleaned (still hair in the tub) and the drinking glass we had used had just been placed on the side of the sink.

The rooms have been upgraded in the past few years which is disappointing they didn't upgrade the bathrooms only replaced the floor tiles so the tubs are old and warn starting to rust it really was a shame to see a gorgeous room and then go in the dated washroom but in no way had an impact on our trip.
