1. The bedspread and pillows were left in a heap on the floor, and we had to ask for kleenex (we ran out, and it wasn't replenished after the first night) and clean bath towels.

7. Room - Two queen sized beds, ample storage space for suitcases, and nice, large doors that open/close off the vanity and bath area.
