1. There was a real buzz at night and the little bar outside the main lobby was lovely to sit at.

It's an issue when you're there with someone who has health issues and if that is the concern you really need to talk to the hotel (call the actual hotel not the hotline) and insist that you get placed in a room near the lobby ( a short distance from a bus stop) a good time before you actually are scheduled to arrive for your stay.
