1. They booked us in the wrong tower, our fixtures in the bathroom were rusty, the hallways, and room were faded & dusty and when I called Costco to try to figure it out they told me to check when we got home.

3. There were two small issues with the room (bathroom door stuck shut & bath drained slowly) but we mentioned it to a maintenance engineer we passed in the hall one night & he fixed both immediately.
