5. Despite paying a resort fee, free self-parking was very scare, free wireless internet was not included in our room and our complimentary champagne could only be used in one of their restaurants.

7. We did a package trip through Costco which included the Hyatt Regency with a full buffet breakfast every morning, a mid-size car rental for the entire week, the resort fee was included as well as free wi-fi.

9. To make for a perfect stay they nicked us $15/day resort fee for the privilege of in room coffee (like that at Motel 6),a newspaper and the right to hit the gym, which we really didn't need since we didn't get lunch.
