1. Husband went to use the bathroom only to notice some disgusting brown stuff smeared all over the floor.

3. We called the front desk, mentioned the filth in the bathroom - no apology from concierge just ok come downstairs for a new key (the elevators take forever BTW - waiting 8 minutes morning of marathon and eventually just walked down all 12 flights b/c it was taking forever.

4. Very comfortable bed, nice flat-screen TV with a lot of HD channels (better than a lot of hotels with new TVs but only a few HD channels), and a solid shower with good water pressure in a somewhat small bathroom.
