1. I believe one yr we had to move rooms b/c the AC didn't work in oursHotel does have a starbucks and room service is really good - have ordered room service multiple times each yr we've stayed here - very quick -and very good.

3. It was a bummer that there was no room service after 11pm, but it worked out as they have a convenience store in the lobby that is open 24hrs.

4. The hotel also lacked a minibar in the room, had room service that closed fairly early (11 pm), and was in an area where almost nothing was open late at night if you needed a snack.
