1. The hotel offers a parking garage at the rate of $12 for 24-hours, which can either be paid for (supposedly) at an automated machine (like at an airport) or by having it added to your bill (by presenting your ticket to the counter at check-in).

5. In all fairness, I did report the sighting (and subsquent killing on my behalf) of this visitor and the hotel did make a monetary adjustment to my bill.

6. Then 1 month after our stay, the credit card bill comes and they charged us 2 nights.

7. By the end of our stay, I wasn`t surprised that our bill showed the charge for Internet service that we`d been told would be free as billed to our account.

9. We would later have to argue to have this charge removed from the bill, however, as the promise of the manager didn`t translate into informing the staff or making proper notation on our hotel information.
