1. We had a room with 2 queen beds, the room is quite large for a 'standard' room, nice bathroom area, small fridge, and the balcony is nice to sit out and look at the water and downtown.

7. We had a nice room on the second floor with a view of the Marina that is what I booked online since others said it was a nice view and I would have to agree it was so nice sitting out on the fairly large balcony and watching all the boats and sailboats coming and going.
