1. We booked online, but I wanted to ensure we had a nice patio and view of the Marina so I called and specifically asked if the room we booked had a patio that we could sit on and was on the second floor.

8. The Patio: Yeah, it had chairs, but we didn't use them because we didn't bring any cleaning products to get the black dust off and even if we did the view of the marina was only viewable if you were standing up.
