1. The doors would slam if you didn't stop them, I was woken up by the noise a couple of times during our stay.

From saying one of our rooms was receiving complaints at 2am (they were asleep) despite the fact they admitted to hearing no noise coming from the room, to saying there was no airport shuttle after we called for a cab and found out there was an airport shuttle, to asking for directions around town and the desk saying they were too busy to oblige.

3. The only downside was the noise from other guests who decided it was a good idea to use the pool in the middle of the night and make a lot of noise.
