7. There were a few occasions where I noticed that the meals from room service have been left by the room door for staff to pick up and some of the plates remained in front of the room for an entire day which leads me to believe that the staffing may be a little low.

8. I suppose the thing that summed up our stay was the fact that there was a room service tray on the floor outside the room when i checked in on Friday and on Sunday, it was still there, prompting me to call the front desk to ask if it was part of the decor.
