3. The only reason I don't feel right in rating it an Overall 5 Stars is because of parking costs and the beds seem to need updating: they are not pillow top or SleepMaster quality BUT THEY ARE STILL ABOVE ANY average hotel's.

4. restaurants were closed, shop was closed ( when sign said it should be open) and elevators/common areas need attentionon arrival we were told internet access cost $10 a day but this was waived when we complained!we won't be going back there.

After a prolonged run around, the hotel`s insurance carrier claimed no responsibility and dumped my case in the hands of the owner of the parking lot, who in turn claimed no responsibiltiy and dared me to sue to recover the cost of my property, (golf clubs and GPS) saying 'Many people have tried and no one has won'.
