4. We complained again at check out and were told that they would make a note of it, but no apology or anything - until my review and response to their survey when I was offered a free basic room for one night and a refund for $100 on our stay.

5. Enjoyed the free Wi-fi access, but had to pay for parking, since it seems that parking is a premium in Pacific Beach, AND not to mention that their parking garage has an over abundance of compact car parking.

7. There is also a boat the 'Bahia Belle' that is free to guests, and takes you to a sister hotel 'The Bahia' that lies across the other side of the bay and runs every hour from 6.

10. Not that its an issue since the weddings were entertaining and the luau is right on the public bay-front so everyone can watch; so you get a free show even if you skip on the admission.
