2. The staff was very accomodating and when there was a problem at check-in with our room availability, they immediately comped my parking fee ($12 per day) for us having to wait while they took care of the problem.

9. We didn't rent a car and spent less on cab fare to/from the hotel and bus fare to Sea World and the Zoo than renting a car (never mind parking fees).
