1. Front staff was not helpful in addressing noise issue, overcrowding in hot tub, kids stealing our beverages from the pool area (while we were swimming), or the mess that the students left behind around the pool area.

3. The swimming area is very pleasant with a large pool, hot tub, etc.Since our last stay in Mission Beach a few years ago, the whole area has improved significantly and all the seafront properties have been wonderfully renovated.
