10. pool under construction, not mentioned when I purchased the room, 'free' internet in lounge didn't work and I spent an hour over several days trying to make it work; So I had to pay the fees for the internet in the room; when I complained the staff reimbursed me 10$; half of what I had to pay due to their failure to provide services.
