2. I was given free breakfast certificates at check in, a welcoming note from the manager, upgraded to a lovely room, 25% discount at their restaurants, and every time I made any kind of request it was greeted with a warm and gracious response.

6. As soon as we walked in everyone was nice, check in was a breeze and the gentleman was very friendly and informed us of the Fiestas they were having and the street in front of us would be blocked off for the parade the next day.

7. Parking is high if you valet or self park through the hotel ( 35.00 VALET or 22 SELF PARK) but if you want to make it cheaper just park at the front , check in, leave the bags with the guys at the front and tell them that you are going to public park.

8. HH members stay on the 6th floor which is well taken care of, all rooms have a small balcony (river or city view), check in was easy, self parked for $22/night.

10. While there was nothing special about the hotel (the decor is outdated) or the room, our stay was very comfortable (especially the bed) and service was always prompt and very polite, from check-in, to housekeeping and restaurant staff.
