8. Upgraded rooms in 2011, balconies on all rooms, wonderful views of river, especially at Christmas, Dirty Nelly's Irish Pup (one of our favorites), proximity to other restaurants, free breakfast.

9. When we got to the hotel around 2:30 pm they said that our requested adjoining rooms were not ready and to compensate they gave us free breakfast vouchers (which saved us $89 if we had paid for the buffet).
