1. The only downfall was that the restaurant in the hotel was under construction and the bar is not a very warm friendly place to hang out.

9. Walk to everything, nice jacuzzi tub and balcony, internet and small workout machines in basement, Starbucks next door, park (under construction across street, not too noisy).
