3. The urban park in front of the hotel at that time was a surface parking lot, the movie theater wasn't even conceived, there was no restaurant in the hotel lobby, and the hotel even served a complimentary continental breakfast back in those days.

5. After talking with the front desk they not only gave us the forgotten part of our package, but also a free breakfast ($30 value), valet parking ($35 value), two mini bottles of champagne, AND sent us an appology letter with a free one night stay with a package included.

6. The breakfast itself was generally above average - sure, there are a million restaurants that do breakfast as a specialty and do it better as a result, but I've also eaten at a million restaurants with worse food preparation and selection as well.
