3. Our bell hop was very helpful (I usually try to avoid these people, but our guy was great!) The front desk check in guy was efficient but a little dorky/quirky.

9. Since we had an early arrival flight, the front desk called my cell to let me know the room was ready so it was a plus to check in early - obviously can't plan on that every time but it sure came in handy this time.
