5. in the morning, we realized that the lock was 'reset' to not be locked at all!as compensation, we were given a ticket for free breakfast at the restaurant, which turned out to have equally lousy service (we had to search for a clean table to sit at- really, it took time) so, we decided to just check out instead.

10. Our two minor gripes are that the hotel charges $25 per night for parking (this is true for many hotels located in or around city centers, though) and that they don't offer complimentary breakfast.
