3. I stayed here for two nights recently courtesy of Priority Card and ~I must say from the smile from the lady at the desk to check out the staff were outstanding, the location great and the rooms very clean and the only problem is the pool is a bit grubby.

8. in the morning, we realized that the lock was 'reset' to not be locked at all!as compensation, we were given a ticket for free breakfast at the restaurant, which turned out to have equally lousy service (we had to search for a clean table to sit at- really, it took time) so, we decided to just check out instead.

10. When we requested a later check-out (11 is the usual check out time) because of the late departure of our trans-Atlantic flight and then an even later departure because of a medical scare, the front desk helpfully accommodated our needs.
