1. There are lots of great bars, restaurants and shops in the historic district (and around it), and getting to other great areas was only 5-15 minute walk time.

7. Walking distance from a lot of attractions, across th street from the US Mint, behind is Ben Franklins Grave, Independence Hall, Liberty Bell etc. Just 2 blocks from Chestnut which has tons of bars, resturants and great place to people watch.
