1. When I complained I was told the room had a European queen sized bed;-Electronic cable and parts were dumped in the hallway in a heap where they remained for my entire stay;-Mold on shower wall;-Replacement towel had a huge yellow stain on it;-On final day a hotel employee knocked on the door once and then attempted to enter the room fortunately the security device was in place; and-When I complained to Holiday Inn customer service, they responded with the usual drivel about how important I was as a member of their priority club.

2. I went to the front desk after about 10 minutes the manager came out and gave me a cotton hand towel and said they would addresss install the disinfectant wipes in less than sympathetic tone.

3. Beds were comfortable, pillows abundant, hot shower felt great on aching backs (especially after a lot of walking & a bumpy tour bus ride!) The room was clean (although we thought the carpet could have been due for a cleaning), bathroom was well-stocked with clean, fluffy towels.
