1. Well, I stayed anyhow and everything was just fine - it was clean, the staff was very friendly and although I didn't eat much from their restaurant what I did have was good.

9. It is very convenient to all the history and Old City sites (Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, etc.) The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and often offered help before being asked.
