One great example: the morning of our breakfast event, everything went off flawlessly, the event manager was there to meet me, the staff for the breakfast was super nice and brought extra food and chairs when more folks showed up than we had planned, and all before 7 a.m. Another great example: on my last day, after I had been busy with clients, our trade show booth, and coordinating client events for 4 straight days (and probably looking a little frazzled as I tried to get my luggage together to catch my cab to the airport), one of the bellman took care of my bags, offered me a bottled water and got me into a cab which whisked me off to the airport.

10. The only issue we had was that the first morning we ate breakfast in the hotel, it was a buffet style of breakfast, lots of choices and the food was very good, what I didn't like was it cost us 40 dollars for the two of us.
