1. The view was worth needing earplugs, and other than loud motorcycles, emergency vehicles and back up beeps, we didn't hear other street noises.

8. Cabs were easy to get and I would say they are better than the tourist bus that go up and down the main street.

9. Reading Terminal for eating and shopping is also across the street - which is awesome and very affordable with the new $7.00 lunches offered.

10. Rittenburg Square is within five blocks in the other directions and you can even walk down to funky South Street, the jewelry district or Penn's Landing Waterfront.
