1. The room was on the ninth floor sequestered at the far end of a very lengthy hall, but quite quiet and boasted a fantastic view of the lovely pool area and the surrounding Disney properties.

6. I had called the resort at least 3 or 4 times in the weeks/days before my arrival trying to secure a pool view, but each time was told they couldn't take requests (you just get what you get when you get there).

We stayed on the 15th Floor of Building 4 where the view was magnificent, and ventured down to ground level at poolside on only two occasions, both times having to turn-back because there was nowhere to sit; not that we would have been able to sit poolside for long, what with all the kids splashing about.
