WBC is a combination hotel, time-share resort whose published rates are quite high, but the beautifullly decorated and well appointed condos can be found at very reasonable rates on websites like Ebay (rentals put up for sale/auction by owners) Rentals made available by owners do NOT require a time share presentation and there are no additional charges from the resort ( no taxes, etc.) unless you charge at the restaurant or snack bars.
